About Ability Tests
Competition for attractive jobs is fierce, and it’s important to attract the best employees. For this reason, consulting firms and large corporations have been using skills tests to assess job applicants for decades.
The results of such tests reveal your ability to acquire new knowledge and logically make the best decisions. At the same time, it shows how quickly you can understand and make sense of a complex context or new material.
Test The Talent offers SHL tests, PICA (PI-LI/PLI) tests, Saville tests and Cubiks tests to help you prepare for your real employment tests.
The test questions contain a series of questions on a chart/table or number line (numeric), text (verbal) or figure/number line (logical). You must then answer in a closed format with 4-5 answer choices.
In all tests, the time factor is important: you must answer relatively quickly in order to complete the test before time runs out.

Numerical Tests
Test The Talent offers a variety of numerical questions in our tests. From the classic table / graph based (SHL) tasks to pure mathematical tasks seen in Predictive Index (PICA) tests such as math problems, equations, lowest numbers, calculations and number lines.
Test The Talent allows you to practice numerical test questions, get detailed feedback on each question and master them better.

Verbal Tests
Here at Test the Talent you can prepare for many different types of verbal tests. In the picture you can see a typical verbal test question. You are given a text that you have to read and understand. In addition, you will be given three questions, typically of increasing difficulty, that you must answer based on the text.
You can also practice other verbal questions that you encounter in different test systems. For example, antonyms, analogies, salient words, and logical inferences.
Logical Tests
With Test The Talent you can prepare for a variety of logical tests to significantly become better at it. We train you to recognize patterns and work systematically to solve them faster. You will get access to training tests, both for specific test providers and in general. In addition, we have developed a logical training guide that is accessible in all Test The Talents products.
